Thomas "Tom" W. Turner, 1964

November 19, 1942 – May 15, 2023 Age 80

Tom served in the U.S. Navy for 30 years, retiring as a submarine captain.

Preceded in death by his parents Thomas Marshall and Jean Wagner Turner; first wife Marjorie Turner; brothers John H. Turner and Edwin G. Turner.  Survived by his wife of 22 years Tessa C. Turner; son Tom Turner (Tara) and their children Thomas J. Turner, Trevor W. Turner, Ty G. Turner, Tucker J. M. Turner, Tian M. M. Turner, Trace Y. L. Turner, and Talia J. P. Turner; son George G. Turner (Kristin) and grandsons Caden M. Turner, Caleb T. Turner, and Gavin Turner and their mother Stacy Schoonover; 6 great grandchildren; siblings Peter L. Turner (Kathryn), Marsha Skarka; sister-in-law Janet M. Turner.

Visitation:  Tuesday, May 23 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel.  Funeral Service:  Wednesday, May 24 at 9:30 am at Thanksgiving Church, 3702 370 Plaza South, Bellevue.

Interment:  Omaha National Cemetery on Wednesday, May 24 at 12:30 pm
